Buzzfeed put together a collection of foreign versions of Sesame Street’s most beloved homeless mental case, Oscar the Grouch. Out of all of the choices, we settled on running a picture of Philippino Oscar. There’s just something about that stance and facial expression that says “let’s fight dance!” Or, alternately, “give me your wallet!” (Buzzfeed)
