Nicole Scherzinger Judges Talent On The Sing Off. Irony Abounds!

The Sing Off, NBC’s latest desperate attempt to cash in on the live-talent-show-as-watchable-television craze, premiered this week. And you’re not gonna believe this, but, it sucks pretty damn hard!
Basically, it’s exactly like American Idol except with acapella groups. Also, The Sing Off eschews the typical “kind of a musician, talentless crazy lady, closeted gay jerk” judge lineup in favor of a different configuration. They opt for the “pussy musician, talentless crazy lady, pussy musician” ensemble. If the show has one saving grace, it would be that the talentless crazy lady judging slot is filled by the unspeakably hot Nicole Scherzinger, lead “singer” of The Pussycat Dolls. It’s not enough to get us to watch this nonsense on any kind of regular basis, but at least it’s something.

What kind of talentless hack are you to call Ben Folds a "pussy musician." I'm assuming you don't have the good taste to listen to his music, otherwise you'd know better. The man has more talent in his pinky finger than you have in the whole of your body. And unlike every other judge on every other talent show, Ben actually speaks in terms of music, instead of just patting acts that suck on the back and saying "good job."

I don' recall questioning his talent. I just said he's a pussy. Of course I've listened to his music, that's how I came up with the "pussy" adjective. And honestly, you're glowing review of his talent show judging abilities just kind of makes him seem like even more of a pussy.
