Netflix Wants Cut Your Face Off and Put it in Movies, The Sick BastardsBy Luis Prada
To help promote the release of The Wizard of Oz on BluRay, Netflix is giving you the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to shove your face in to one of the most famous scenes in cinema history. All you have to do is upload a picture of yourself and the programming does the rest. Within minutes you can see what it would have looked like if you were the Scarecrow, or more accurately, what it would have looked like had the makers of The Wizard of Oz traveled forward in time just to slice the skin off your face like your Nick Cage in Face Off, then went back to 1939 and used their complex glues and make up to slap your face in to the movie.
As you can probably tell, we used a picture of Glenn Beck as our sample photo. We used it because the scene the face gets slapped in to is the Scarecrow’s famous “If I Only Had A Brain” musical number. See what we did there? That’s called satire. Suck it.
We can only hope this technology becomes democratized and improved over time. If this happens, the many insane peoples of the internet allow you to superimpose your face to your favorite porn star’s face so you can, at least partially, fulfill your dream of being a very ugly girl that gets banged by Lexington Steel in the back of a moving van.
