Football, it’s All About Making Fun of This Guy

College football is super serious business for that guy in the video up there.  So serious he spazzes like a sugar-addled child deprived of a Snickers when his team loses.  Just watch him.  Watch the minutes tick past while the camera guy refuses to cover any aspect of the closing moments of the game, focusing instead of two men, one depressed and silent, the other reacting like he just found out John Madden regularly fucks his mom.

Now, on the surface, this is a fun video of some guy acting like a nancy, and that’s funny.  Like football in the groin funny.  You laugh because someone else is suffering   And it still involves football.  But there is something more awesome at work in this video.  See if you can spot it.

If you guessed it’s awesome because a camera man keeps the camera trained on this guy having a breakdown while the guys in the booth make fun of him and even pause at one point to question whether they should continue making fun of him, you’re right.  That’s what makes this video funny.
