Relax, headline readers, we don’t mean Alicia Keys’ World Series performance was nixed at the last minute. And we certainly don’t mean the performance itself was murdered, because that would just be a ridiculous thing to imply. It’s not possible. That’s physics. We’re just letting you know that her performance of “Empire State of Mind” with Jay-Z prior to the game was wonderful. We were going to say she rocked, but nobody says that shit anymore, not even tweens. So we went with killed, read it and weep. At any rate, in honor of said killing, let’s look at some pictures.
